Job Description
Based in Shenzhen and reporting into HR Director, this challenging position will be responsible to develop and implement best practices in human resources, which enable the company to hire, motivate, reward and retain quality staff. You will support and guide the change in the business as a partner in strategic planning and organizational development transitions. More, you will be responsible for analyzing, applying and giving suggestion for related tools on organizational development, manpower planning and talent acquisition to support further business growth. You will drive organizational changes to enhance company’s capability, provide support on change management. Additionally, you will play as a key role to improve on human capital investment by providing suggestion and support on people deployment strategy.

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be degree educated with a minimum of 6 years Human Resources management experience gained from professional HR consulting firms. You will have a thorough understanding of a full range of HR issues, especially in-depth and practical knowledge in organizational development. You must have exceptional problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
