Job Description

Reporting to the Deputy Executive Director, Qualification, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall development, promotion, operation and administration of the Institute's QP and professional examinations, workshop delivery, practical experience framework, university accreditation, services and training, as well as offering the QP in mainland China. Heading a well-established and highly qualified team, the successful candidate will provide leadership, guidance and support in the delivery of the Institute's QP for CPA membership admission.

The Successful Applicant

  • CPA with at least 15 years post-qualification experience, preferably some in teaching accountancy and/or providing training in CPA firms
  • a good understanding of the QP's philosophy and willingness to develop the programme to train prospective CPAs
  • Strong managerial and administrative capabilities
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Superb communication, presentation and writing skills, and the ability to negotiate at all levels both internally and externally
  • Ability to work independently and be a 'self-starter'

What's On Offer
Negotiable salary and package dependent on experience
