Job Description

  • Work closely with internal departments and review the service levels
  • Understand the requirements of each division
  • Plan and set SLAs such as the lead time to respond to customers' orders, delivery lead time etc
  • Review the departments' performance on a regular basis
  • Maintain good internal and external relationships

The Successful Applicant

  • Bilingual in English & Mandarin
  • 3 - 5 years' experience ideally in the FMCG Industry or with a third party logistics company
  • Experience in an MNC environment
