About Our Client
Our client is the biggest Health & Beauty retail Chain stores in China. They are currently looking for a Customer Relationship Management Manager to join in their exciting and aggressive Business Expansion Project in China. You will ensure sustainable long term profitability with quality customer service, brand consistence and gain/maintain market leadership.

Job Description

• Further develop high value member program which foster customer loyalty
• Increase the card penetration, registration rate and the card usage rate
• Cooperation with suppliers on member offers, point exchange and member events
• Plan and coordinate marketing activities and events for the loyalty clubs.
• Member database management and segmentation
• Developing marketing support ROI analysis system/format.
• Set up guideline and train up regional marketing team
• Analyzing the member transaction data to define the promotion strategy and member shopping behavior/ segmentation.
• Store promotion – set up tactical promotion for slow-performing/ new stores
• Analysis for promotion response and ROI regularly
• Support future outbound call requirements for loyalty card program development

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor degree or above
• With 5 five working years experience in FMCG marketing or service marketing is preferred.
• Can demonstrate success in tackling project and work independently under pressure.
• Good numerical and analytical skills, sensitive to numbers
• Good command on written and spoken English.
• Possess good marketing sense
