Job Description
To drive sales growth and sustained long-term profitability, by establishing and retaining a life-long relationship with existing and new customers. Create an enjoyable and successful shopping experience in the store and encourage customers to return more frequently and buy more time. Influence the team members and colleagues by work together to make a better shopping experience for all customers.
The Successful Applicant
At least 10 years experience in a customer-focused successful service industry, responsible for managing a large team. Experience in famous retailers is preferred. Interest in home furnishing. Experience of resolving customer complaints, resolving conflict and creating a win-win outcome. Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English and Mandarin.
