Location: Heyuan, Yangjiang, Foshan

Job Description

• Daily supervise branch Service Delivery teams, including counter operations, banking operations and credit operations, ensure customer's instructions are processed within pre-defined SLA;
• Keep high level of service standard to internal and external customers;
• Develop and maintain a robust banking operations team with professional knowledge and high motivation; build and maintain efficient and effective operation capacity to support branch business growth
• Manage the operational risks inherent in the Counter Services department and reduce the level of operational risk losses and protect the Bank from foreseeable future losses;
• Maintain HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and external regulations, maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring;
• Contribute to the successful implementation of the Bank’s service & sales strategies;
• Proactive seeking ways to improve sub-branch’s operations and work efficiency, ensure all transactions are compliance with local regulations/internal guideline/BIM/FIM/GSM;
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth cooperation between different parties.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor degree or above;
• 5 years related working experience;
• Familiar with related regulations and guidelines governing banks/finance industry;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Good command of English and Microsoft Office, speaking standard Mandarin & Cantonese fluently.
