About Our Client
Our client is global leading lighting manufacturing company.They are looking for a cost control manager leading a team of 9 people.

Job Description

• Drive our companies Plant Controlling Department, has the explicit authority to recommend blocking and review of any actions or projects that may destroy economic value.
• Preparation of yearly plant budget, make deviation analysis and kinds of management report, setting next year's target, carry out and adjust according to the budget.
• Follow up variance analysis by closely work with relevant departments in the factories, find out the reasons behind and drill down for details explanations.
• Optimize analysis mode,enhance the controlling area in production side.Perform and monitor manufacturing and project variance analysis, interpret business operations data to management.Investment evaluation (IRR & Pay paid calculation) for management decision and monitor project spending process.
• Overall cost cut projects, overhead controlling, forecast in responsible area, Provide recommendations for cost saving Analysis on variance between actual expenditure vs budget/plan. every month via communication with plant and follow negative deviation.
• Transfer pricing analysis and define factors in Cost Plus and Market Minus Methods Take over special assigned projects and develop own project initiatives Give leadership to the department, provide tools and training for staff in the specialist staff .

The Successful Applicant

• Major in accounting or finance Proficient in English
• Good skill in Microsoft Office software such as excel, word, powerpoint
• SAP knowledge is preferred
• Ability to work under high pressure
• Excellent cooperation and initiative working attitude. Good communication skill
