About Our Client
Our client is a leading Multi-National Corporation with a growing business in Taipei. They are now actively hiring for their Taiwan business and seek recruitment staff to help support their ambitious business plans.

Job Description

The role involves managing the full lifecycle of recruitment projects within the allocated business area and driving these to successful completion. This includes:

• engaging and briefing sourcing team to source and identify best talents from the market;
• sourcing through different channels as needed;
• selection of candidates by conducting detailed phone and face to face interviews;
• relationship management with candidates and client;
• offer preparation and negotiation;
• on-boarding; and
• reporting.

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Applicant should possess:

• Demonstrable experience of delivering solutions in a client environment.
• Ability to partner with and act as an advisor to clients at a senior level.
• Ability to work on high-volume recruitment projects.
• IT Literate: MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
