About Our Client
Our Client is a leading Multi-National Corporation with a growing business in Guangzhou. They are now actively hiring for their southern China business and need a recruitment staff to help support their business plans.

Job Description

· Managing the full lifecycle of recruitment projects within the allocated business area; driving these to successful completion including

o engaging and briefing sourcing team to source and identify best talents from the market o sourcing through different channels if needed o selection of the candidates by conducting detailed phone interview o relationship management to candidates and client o offer preparation and negotiation o on-boarding o reporting

The Successful Applicant
· Demonstrable experience of delivering solutions in a client environment. · Ability to partner with and act as an advisor to clients on a senior level · Ability to work on high-volume recruitment projects · IT Literate: MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
