About Our Client
Our client is a top US international law firm with a large corporate finance practice.

Job Description
This is a paralegal role with the Hong Kong Corporate Team, working closely with the leading Partner as well as the rest of the team.

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be working on IPO and M&A transactions, gaining experience in drafting of corporate documents, liaising with clients, carrying out due diligence as well as being well versed with the Hong Kong listing regulations. You should have at least 1 years' paralegal experience, preferably gained in the area of corporate finance. Candidates who have worked in Hong Kong are preferable, and international law firm experience is not mandatory. Both English and Chinese language skills are required. There will be some occasional traveling for this position.
