About Our Client
Our client is a famous Chinese company listed in Hong Kong. To support their aggressive growth plan in the region, they are now inviting a corporate finance professional of high caliber to join their team.

Job Description
Reporting directly to the Department Head, you will be heavily involved in a wide range of corporate finance activities of the group. You will be responsible for planning, origination and execution, due diligence, valuation, transaction management as well as post-deal integration. You will be monitoring the market trends and conducting in-depth research so as to provide recommendation to senior management on potential investment opportunities. Occasional traveling is required.

The Successful Applicant
You should have at least 5 years of relevant work experience preferably with experience with investment banks or PE fund. A MBA/ CFA qualification would be a plus. Proven track record in handling M&A/ capital market transaction is imperative. Prior exposure to Greater China market would be highly preferred. Sound business acumen and strong financial modeling skills are essential. Outstanding interpersonal skills and presentation skills are sought. Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required.
