Job Description

Reporting to the Contracts Director, the Contracts Manager will:

• Monitor and work closely with the consultant Quantity Surveyor and support the QS team on ongoing projects and matters.
• Compile regular management reporting information for review

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Quantity Surveying with RICS/HKIS professional qualifications
• Experience in working on High End properties such as apartments or hotels an advantage
• Strong contractual knowledge and drafting skill
• Self motivated, organised and ability to work independently
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• Willing to travel frequently
