Job Description

As part of McLagan's strategic expansion, this position will play a central role in developing the firm's Mumbai business. Initially based in Hong Kong for twelve months, you will learn the firm's business approach, products and compensation methodology in order to expand the firm's Mumbai client base and provide quality compensation & consulting services. The role will eventually be based permanently in Mumbai.

The Successful Applicant

Our client is looking for people who have consistently succeeded in areas where fact-based interpretation of compensation or business data is essential in making business decisions. Compensation Reward Professionals, Chief Operating Officers, or those who have held analytical Line Support positions from top tier financial services firms will be at an advantage.
