Our client is a global medical technology company and a leader in developing, manufacturing and marketing many ground breaking innovative products. With a powerful market presence in Asia and continued growth across the region, a talented C&B professional is sought to join their expanding regional team.

Job Description
Reporting to Regional VP HR, you will play a major role in developing and managing C&B initiatives and providing expatriate support in Asia Pacific region. You will recommend and implement a competitive C&B structure that reflects local needs and global guidelines. You will also be involved in alignment of corporate C&B policies, processes and systems, performance management and salary budgeting programs.

The Successful Applicant
Degree qualified, you will have a minimum of 8-10 years of human resources experience, with a focus on C&B management in the Asia Pacific region. A background in developing sales incentive and bonus systems in sales organisations will be highly regarded. You will possess strong interpersonal and influential skills and be able to win the respect of internal stakeholders at all levels. Strong communication skills in written and spoken English and Mandarin will be essential.
