Job Description
This is a company secretarial assistant role for the team, where you will be supporting and working closely with senior company secretaries.
The Successful Applicant
In this role, you will be involved in a wide range of company secretarial duties ranging from drafting, filing and to corporate compliance work. The successful candidate will have at least 1 - 2 years' experience gained in a company secretarial role with a sizable law firm or company. You must be a keen and motivated individual who is determined to pursue your career within the industry. Both English and Chinese language skills are required for this position.
