Job Description
Update daily report on positions of cash and futures per trader’s confirmation, which include lots, price, delivery month, contract month, MTM price, initial margin rate, etc. And calculate position and P&L based on the above information. Reconcile daily report with broker statements. Conduct summary reports on positions, MTM, VAR, etc by business unit. Provide finance with the weekly / monthly P&L for accounting purpose. Analyzing P&L movement, including commercial margin, interest cost, FX hedge and G&A Participant the weekly platform meeting and monthly EBT review

The Successful Applicant
8-10 years related experiences, 3 years experiences for leading a team. Knowledge related to soft commodities area or work in related fields is highly advantageous. Good Soft-Skills: "Justify" spirit, can ask "why" "how""what if", can "talk" with platforms Internally is a good leader to encourage team members and willing to provide opportunity to them and help them to grow.
