About Our Client
Our client is one of the largest global real estate consulting groups. Due to continued demand in the commercial market they are seeking to add talent to their respected Beijing leasing team.

Job Description

• Complete assigned leasing transactions from start to finish in efficient professional manner.
• Provide support to Managers/ Directors in their activities associated with marketing and leasing of commercial properties.
• Source and create business opportunities by developing existing client relationships and assisting Directors to win new clients.
• Reporting to Manager on a regular basis in relation to client activity and other matters of significance to clients.
• Responding to inquiries including submitting details in writing and arranging physical inspection of properties.
• Ensure market coverage is maximized.

The Successful Applicant

To be successful you must have;

• 4-5 years minimum real estate experience, ideally in PRC.
• Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Team spirit and attitude.
• Experience of people management and training, ideal.
