Our multinational client is a a total and integrated business with a presence in Publishing, Media, Entertainment, Learning & Tech.

With a full Asia Pac and Greater China growth plan gathering momentum, a new position has become available which will be central to the success of the business by providing complete financial & operational functionality and infrastructure.

Job Description

The position encompasses all the higher level financial and operational responsibilities associated with a strategic hire of this kind.

Working with the Asia President, you will be involved with the Heads of Sales, IT and Production as examples. You will understand the commercial importance of budgeting, cost control, sales forecasting in addition to a range of other project based demands.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have a solid but also an interesting range to their 12+ years of finance experience. They will have a rigorous academic background and a subsequent MNC core finance background within a Greater China context.

A robust but pragmatic personality is critical to the success of the person in this role. The ability to create a financial and operational infrastructure while adding value with your global as well as regional stakeholders. Experience of having remotely managed large outsourced functions will also be highly advantageous.
