About Our Client
Global Manufacturer (FMCG).

Job Description

• Lead and direct the engineering division for their plants in China including Southern China and Northern China
• Review and revise the organization structure when necessary
• Lead and drive engineering and maintenance projects including possible relocation of plants, transfer of production lines, manage the budget, risk management, building of new production lines etc
• Allocation of resources and manpower
• Responsible for SHE and GMP audits
• Coach and train the staff to develop their full potential

The Successful Applicant

• Fully bilingual in English and Mandarin
• Strong management experience in engineering of a few plants / a few territories
• FMCG industry experience a plus but not a must
