About Our Client
Our client is a major apparel manufacturing group with a global presence. Due to continued expansion, a need has arisen to recruit an experienced CFO to strengthen financial controls and support the Group?s business.

Job Description
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will play a critical role as a strategic partner with responsibility for all finance related activities in a number of key Asian countries. You will drive the establishment of financial controls and operating procedures, strategic planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, as well as ad hoc projects. Leading a sizable team, you will have a particular focus on internal controls, process improvement, costing and inventory control within the manufacturing operation. Occasional travel within the Asia Pacific region will be required.

The Successful Applicant
This is a key finance role offering a high degree of responsibility and autonomy. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with at least 10-15 years post qualification experience. Exposure to multinational corporations is sought, and you will have spent at least 5 years in an executive position, ideally within the manufacturing sector. Outstanding interpersonal skills with a hands-on, proactive, independent and energetic approach are essential. Fluency in English is a must, with proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin an advantage.
