About Our Client

Our client is a leading OEM in a highly specialised market with strong market presence. Due to continued expansion, a need has arisen to recruit an experienced CFO to strengthen financial controls and support the group's business.

Job Description
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for managing all finance related activities throughout the region including the establishment of financial controls and operating procedures, strategic planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, as well as ad hoc projects. Leading a sizable team, you will have particular focus on reporting duties, internal controls, costing and inventory control, while participating in SAP system implementation. Occasional travel is required, with a particular focus in the PRC region.

The Successful Applicant
This is a high profile and strategic finance role with a high degree of responsibility and autonomy. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant and have 10-15 years post qualification working experience gained from leading conglomerates or multinational corporations, with at least 6-8 years in an executive position, ideally within the manufacturing sector. Outstanding interpersonal skills with a hands-on, proactive, independent and energetic approach are essential. Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese are a must with proficiency in Mandarin an advantage.
