Our Client is a solar energy company engaged in the research and development of solar energy technology and the manufacturing of solar energy products.

Job Description
Working closely with the senior management team, this is a key strategic appointment to support the business's continued growth and successfully take the business to the NYSE. You will take full responsibility for the entire finance function, the growth and mentoring of a sizable finance team as well as being the international face of the group in investor relations issues. As a business partner you will work on corporate strategy and long-term planning, maintaining financial discipline in this high growth period as well as ensuring adherence to international standards of corporate governance, internal controls and SEC regulation.

The Successful Applicant

You will be a seasoned and qualified finance professional with proven leadership in a multinational company in China. You will have experience with a US listed environment and its compliance challenges, as well as capital raising and investor relations. Internationally minded, but culturally sensitive, you will inspire and develop a local team, as well as bridge communication between the board and key stakeholders. As a commercial and strong individual you will have persistence, tenacity and a desire to create a truly global enterprise. Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.
