Our client is one of the market leaders and has a reputable Capital Markets team.

Job Description
This is a paralegal role assisting a partner on a wide range of debt capital markets and leverage finance work.

The Successful Applicant
In this role, you will be assisting a partner and the team of lawyers on a broad range of transactional work in capital markets, debts programme, leverage finance and derivatives for a wide variety of international clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background and have gained at least 1 year's experience in capital markets and/or debts/loans related work, gained with an international/ sizable law firm or financial institutions. You should have strong communication skills and with the ability to work in a team as well as independently. While Chinese language skills are not mandatory, it is preferred. Excellent English language skills are required.
