About Our Client
Our client is a prestigious investment bank with strong presence in the Asia region.

Job Description
Reporting to the Regional Head of Recruitment, this person will facilitate the successful placement of first-class graduates into the company and presents an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional to be part of a global company and brand across the region. The position will be based in HK and the role will have a Asia Pacific ex Japan focus. You will manage a team to conduct effective screening and interviews by using structured assessment tools and techniques. You will also maintain close working relationships with both internal customers and external parties, promote an effective employer brand to potential candidates, as well as undertake travel within the Asia Pacific region for PR and recruitment purposes.

The Successful Applicant
Our client seeks an outstanding individual. The successful candidate will be degree qualified with a strong track record working within the recruitment field, preferably with exposure to campus recruitment within the banking / professional services sector. You must have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and communicate with all levels of management. Previous experience in Hong Kong would be advantageous but is not essential, fluency in English is mandatory and any other additional Asian language will be strongly desired.
