About Our Client
Our client is a large Global Investment Bank, and due to the continued growth in the region they now have a newly created campus recruiter role to join the Graduate Recruitment team.

Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Campus Recruitment this person will have 2 main responsibilities: campus marketing and campus recruitment. The role will be split between these 2 main functions and will need someone capable to look at the current Graduate branding in the region and be able to advise, guide and action any regional marketing initiatives. In addition to this, and to ensure that this person truly knows the Campus space, you will be required to be involved in Campus recruitment, looking after a main client group and ensuring the business is continually involved in the process.

The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years recruitment experience with at least 2 of these spent within the Graduate space. Knowledge of branding or marketing initiatives would be advantageous, however not essential and we are looking for a truly rounded individual. You will be required to work within a team and yet also have the gravitas to challenge and push back to senior business leaders. Previous experience of financial services and the Asia market is not essential but this person would need to demonstrate a considerable knowledge and interest in financial markets in order to get an interview. Fluency in English is essential.
