Job Description
Reporting to the GM, your role is to manage the CRM database, formulate yearly plan, prepare budget forecast and implement marketing activities. As you define the CRM action plan for the year, you will organize exciting and innovative events and promotions to retain customers and reinforce the brand. This position also requires you to do system implementation, database mining, regular analysis and segmentation.
The Successful Applicant
You should have a university degree with 5-8 years working experience with at least 2 years CRM management preferably in luxury industry. Having high attention to details, you should be analytical, strategic with strong organizing and problem solving skills. With good business acumen, you are customer oriented and have an outgoing and positive attitude. Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required.
