Our client is a global appliance retailer

Job Description
Mange two important teams, Customer Insights (CI) and Loyalty Department. The CI team is focus on customer insights collection and analysis and work with other cross function teams to drive customer centric growth strategies and actions. The loyalty team mainly focus on lead the overall business loyalty strategy and platform working with CRM agency to deliver or demonstrate the results.

The Successful Applicant
A Bachelor degree with minimum of 10 years managerial experience with solid and strong experience in CRM, loyalty management (good be in industries e.g. retail, luxury, banking and other industries who has strong CRM practice) Good interpersonal and PC skill. Open, good business sense and strong leadership to manage sizable teams. Fluent in Mandarin and English.
