About Our Client
OUR CLIENT is undertaking a significant transformation of its Global Banking & Markets operations in Asia Pacific. This growth is backed by a significant change budget to create new businesses and develop existing ones.

Job Description
To act as an interface between Operations, Asia Pacific and IT, managing the change process for projects ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget and benefit the wider Support departments within Global Banking & Markets. Responsibilities include : Financial, Customer Focus, Internal Effectiveness and to form and maintain key relationships of mutual trust and respect, which fosters a climate of collaboration

The Successful Applicant
Knowledge of operational banking systems (especially ISTAR). Knowledge of the front to back Operations process – Banking product knowledge an advantage (mostly Futures & Options and Equity Derivatives). Experience of using Change Management tools and processes.

What's On Offer
The role will form part of a regional Change Management team covering 5 countries and all Business lines across Asia Pacific.
