About Our Client
Our client is a fast growing organization specializing in commodity and international trading and they are one of the biggest players in China with aggressive expansion plan.
Job Description
Reporting to the Director, you will lead the company through the IPO process. You will be accountable for all financial management for the company as well as helping to direct the strategic development of the business. You will be fully engaged in the IPO process and serve as the primary contact for all future investor relations activities, including all investor meetings and roadshows. You will need to also establish a good network and relationship with investors and external partier to ensure a successful listing in Hong Kong.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate should be a technically strong qualified accountant with at least 10-12 years commercial experience. Prior exposure to a successful Hong Kong listing IPO is a must and a well established network with investment bankers and media will be a definite plus. Excellent interpersonal and business acumen is crucial. Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is essential.
