About Our Client
Our client is a global international logistics company with business coverage across five continents. With continued growth and expansion globally, an exciting opportunity has been created for a number of young finance professionals to join their talent program.

Job Description
This program is designed to train and develop the future leaders of the group. After an initial training period in Hong Kong you will be rotated through a number of overseas assignments to gain hands-on finance and operations experience in different global offices. Depending on the different assignments you will have exposure to financial operations, budgeting, credit and cash collection, financial systems, treasury, internal control as well as financial planning and management control. Your core focus will be to gain the requisite skills and knowledge to take up a CFO role in an assigned regional office upon completion of the training program where you will utilise your skills to maximise the profitability of financial resources and minimize the financial risk to the group.

The Successful Applicant
This is a fast track program designed for exceptionally talented and globally mobile finance professionals with the drive and determination to succeed. You must be a highly motivated, willing to learn with both a strategic and hands-on approach. Previous management experience, strong business acumen and excellent interpersonal skills are pre-requisites. Successful candidates must posses a professional accounting qualification and at least 4 years post qualification experience gained from multinational organisations. Previous international working experience will be a definite advantage. Fluency in English is a must with proficiency in an Asian language preferred. A willingness to travel and relocate for periods of time is required.
