About Our Client
Our client is a rapidly growing listed conglomerate with industry interest in property, retail, manufacturing and Hong Kong and China. This is a high profile position sitting at the group level and business partnership with the board member.

Job Description
Reporting to the Board of Director, you will be positioned at the group level and work with the senior management to play a strategic business partnership position, as well as leading the finance team to oversee the finance and accounting functions for the listed company. You will cover M&A transactions and lead the team to conduct due diligence/feasibility study for new ventures and ensure all the transactions in accordance with compliance and listing rules. You will also drive the system implementation and strengthen the internal control measurements.

The Successful Applicant
You will be a qualified accountant with at least 15-20 years working experience from sizable organizations, track record in listed company in listed company and prior exposure in PRC market is a must. You will be commercial savvy and able to lead a big team as well as driving new changes. You will also be a mature leader who is able to bridge the gap with board member and the finance team and provide management insight for the business. Complete fluency in spoken/written English and Chinese is essential.
