About Our Client
Our client is one of leading fashion and business wear brands and there are hundreds of stores are located in all the major cities in Asia region. They have recently launched a new high-end business men's wear brand in China market and are looking for a design director who will be fully responsible to new product development and brand development in China market.

Job Description

For New Product Development Director, you will be responsible to

• Develop product go-to-market strategy and execution plan including product mix, company and product direction, brand image, promotion and distribution to achieve P&L
• China market research to understand the local market and local consumer behavior in different regions
• Regular review sales performance in stores and work closely with purchasing department to ensure overall inventory of goods is good to achieve sales target and goal
• Organize the regular meetings with internal business-related departments,such as Designers, Sales/Retail operation to review the current market situation , brand development, sales performance and other key business related topics and submit monthly
• Sales & Marketing Report to top management
• Organize monthly training with purchasing department to ensure them understand business direction, purchase process and skills

The Successful Applicant

• Associate degree, preferably in Marketing, Textile Fashion Design
• Open for all nationalities
• 4 years experience of brand management or purchasing in fashion industry
• 3 years experience in management in the same industry
• Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and medium in English Ability to work under pressure
