About Our Client
Our client is a world-famous industrial group with core businesses in: property, aviation, beverages, marine services, and trading and industrial. The trading company is now running several famous own brands for sportswear and fashion appeal.

Job Description

  • Devise and implement the strategic business development and distribution expansion plans for the Southern China
  • Supervise the sales team in executing effective sales and key account programs in order to achieve business objectives and sales target as according to the company directions.
  • Co-ordination the product team in executing effective product management and product supply to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
  • Identify growth opportunities by key account expansion and development of potential dealers/ retailers in key as well as 2nd and 3rd tier cities.
  • Ensure optimum distribution coverage to accomplish both sales and brands objectives.
  • Prepare accurate and progressive trade show and sales forecast with strategic business development plan.
  • Monitor and ensure consistent pricing in the market.
  • Monitor competitors’ activities and recommend counter actions when necessary.
  • Recommend credit extension/ review of customers based on company’s credit policy and business needs.

The Successful Applicant

  • Associate degree or above
  • English reading and writing skills
  • Minimum 6 years solid working experience in reputable multi-national companies, with at least 3 years at managerial level.
  • Experience in sales team and distribution channel management, executive of comprehensive sales, product management and development.
  • Experience in FM CG or branded apparel / footwear industry, Jeans or Leather shoe is much preferred.
  • Good analytical, leadership and problem solving skills.
  • Frequent travel to outer province is required.
