Job Description
The Business Development Executive is a newly created role that reports directly to the Regional Business Development Manager. You will be responsible for planning and executing business development initiatives to maintain and generate new business for the firm. You will research new business leads, manage the CRM database and client development programs, and prepare and present bids and proposals to potential clients. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with the Marketing team to ensure that business development needs are being met through the firm’s marketing campaigns.
The Successful Applicant
The successful individual must be degree qualified with at least three years of experience in business development or another relevant role, preferably in the professional services or a financial institution. You must have excellent communications skills, be able to interact with staff and clients in a professional manner, and have a strong business acumen. English and Cantonese are required, and Mandarin is a strong advantage.
