Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Planner, you will be responsible for master planning, detailed design and construction supervision. You will produce detailed plans of the site, including written reports, sketches, models, land-use studies, cost estimates and submit them for approval by the client or regulatory bodies.

The Successful Applicant
To qualify for this role, you will be a Degree Holder in Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture or related disciplines. You will have a minimum of 5 years experience in master planning, detailed design and construction supervision. You will possess excellent design skill and have a good academic background. Fluency in English and Chinese is essential.
