Job Description
In conjunction with senior management, you will take full responsibility for developing and implementing the regional sales & marketing strategy for a enviable product set. You will research and define the market potential for our client, whilst also enabling the most effective channels to market. You will also take full control over the brand marketing & communications plan for the brand, and will execute advertising, PR, and direct marketing activities to maximize brand exposure. Managing a team of staff in the regional office, you will provide leadership and report regularly on the market situation and drive performance to meet assigned business targets. Some travel is to be expected in this position.
The Successful Applicant
You will have 8-10 years of sales and marketing experience from the luxury retail, beauty, fashion, or watch & jewelry industries. Regional experience and exposure to managing distribution partners will be very highly regarded. You will also need to have previous hands-on brand marketing experience. Confident and entrepreneurial, you have excellent negotiation and presentation skills. You will be energetic, diplomatic, and relish the challenge of wanting to be the best in the market. Complete fluency in English and Cantonese is required, whilst Mandarin is also preferred.
