About Our Client
Our client is a leading US law firm, with offices all over the world.

Job Description
This is an opportunity for a junior lawyer who is keen to work in the area of energy and projects. You will be working closely with a senior associate who is heading up Energy & Projects, which is an expanding practice in the firm.

The Successful Applicant

In this role, you will act for a wide variety of energy companies as well as taking part in cross-border and corporate transactions. The successful candidate should have at least 1 year's post-qualification experience, ideally gained in the area of energy, projects and/or corporate finance. You must be keen to pursue your career in the area of energy projects, and with an open mind to pick up new work. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role. You must enjoy to work in an office which is expanding, and to take up business development responsibilities. Prior international law firm experience is required.
