About Our Client
Our client, one of the big-4 accounting firms, is a leader in real estate transactional advisory services in China. They provide corporate finance, corporate real estate and valuation services to a wide range of multinationals - focusing on enhancing real estate values, reducing operational costs and liabilities and effective China CRE strategies.

Job Description

Reporting to the Partner of the Real Estate Group you will provide clients with transactional due-diligence and valuation services working closely with other internal business advisory units. In addition, you will work with international clients in the flowing areas:

  • Portfolio Strategy - Includes strategic portfolio planning and rationalization, workplace management, and location advisory;
  • Operational Strategy - Includes operational and cost reduction strategy and sourcing strategy;
  • Delivery Strategy - Includes outsource vendor selection, risk management, and program management.

The Successful Applicant

  • MBA or university graduates concentrated in Construction Management, Architecture, or Real Estate.
  • A minimum of 7 years relevant Real estate experience in either a bank, consultancy, agency or developer.
  • Good fundamental design and construction project management skills, solid project controls, project engineering, and / or cost engineering experience.
  • First class valuation skills Blueprint reading, construction cost estimation, and construction industry work experience is a must, real estate valuation and transaction experience is a plus
  • CPAI CA, CIA, CISA, CFE, CMA, MRICS, PMP or CCIM certification desired.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and Lotus Notes
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
