About Our Client
Our client is a top tier international law firm, with a proud team of Banking Finance lawyers which are highly regarded within the industry.
Job Description
This is a newly created position for the team, due to the expansion of the team as well as increase of work which requires our client to seek for a new talent to join.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be involved in project finance work spread across a variety of industry sectors including transportation, oil and gas, power, petrochemicals, infrastructures and water. You will have at least 2 years’ post-qualification experience gained in the area of banking finance, preferably with an international or sizable law firm. You must have excellent skills in drafting and negotiating finance documents. Prior experience working with Asian jurisdictions will be highly regarded. The ideal candidate will be a team player, and with strong communication skills. While Chinese language skills are preferred, it is not mandatory.
