Job Description
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will assist the management of a retail sales team while overseeing daily store operations including sales targets, customer service, staff training and inventory management. The role will involve delivering high quality customer service to a prestigious clientèle. You will also coordinate visual merchandising while executing retail promotions in line with the brand's corporate guidelines. Other responsibilities will include the assistance and participation in marketing events. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Sales Associate.

The Successful Applicant
To qualify for this role, you will have a minimum of 3 years retail experience within the luxury products industry. You will have an in-depth knowledge of store operations in luxury retail while experience working with high-end watch & jewelry is a definite advantage. A mature and creative individual, you will possess outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills. A language fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is essential.
