Job Description

Overall responsibility of this vital role is to optimized and develop Cluster branches including all aspects of sales, operation, customer service,client relations, process & productivity, finance and human resources.

  • Manage, supervise and provide leadership for all aspects of the Cluster Branch activities, including driving commercial and operational strategies across forwarding products and clients in order to deliver on targets with devilment potential.
  • Constantly optimize Branch profitability and deliver financial objectives.
  • Ensure the Cluster Branches product-level delivery platform meets both customers and Product Managers' expectation.
  • Ensure implementation of the defined customer service methodology in every aspect of the Cluster Branches activities, and CUS improvement projects.
  • Ensure constant evolution of both business and the people in the Cluster Branches with a strong foundation in company values.
  • Ensure organizational scalability to enable continued fast growth in south China market.
  • Be the voice of the company in the local market, and strive to develop and enhance excellent relations to all relevant government entities & local provincial government.

The Successful Applicant
You will have over 5 years experience in Logistics industry which at least 3 years operation management. You will also have passion, initiative toward customers and suppliers to develop new services with creativity and innovation. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required. Strong people management experience is a plus. Good command of spoken and written English is preferred.
