Job Description

Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you will support the development and implementation of strategies that ensure our client's secures goods and services, within agreed users' specifications, at the optimum cost, gaining leverage from our client's overall scale and strategic vendor relationships. You will need to achieve year-on-year cost saving target and corporate governance initiatives. Key accountabilities include managing a wide range of commodity spend including print production, marketing, professional services, MICE, production house, business travel, office services & supplies.

The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will have a degree in Business Administration or related studies. 7 years of relevant experience preferably in MNC. You must have experience in procuring services in all fields. Knowledge in legal requirements for tendering, contract management and e-procurement tools. You are energetic and comfortable with fast changing environment. You should be strong analytically, have good organization, interpersonal, management and negotiation skills. Fluency in English and Chinese.
