About Our Client
Our client is one of the biggest property developers in Hong Kong committed to provide the best properties and services to their customers. They are now looking for a research expert to generate insights for property markets in Hong Kong and China.

Job Description

Reporting to the Chief Economist, you will be responsible for conducting property research and the macro-economic outlook on both Hong Kong and Mainland China markets, and providing professional and insightful analysis to the senior management of the Group. In addition, you will conduct any ad hoc analysis on major issues regarding the Group's business. Further responsibilities include maintaining and updating the Group's operational data and information.

The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will hold preferably a Master degree in Economics, Statistics, Business-related discipline and preferable with at least 7 years of research experience gained from property developers or real estate consultancies. Furthermore, you will have strong analytical and presentation skills as well as proven English and Chinese proficiency.
