Our client is the leading industry player in Asia Pacific engaged in manufacturing business.
Job Description
Reporting to the Director, this role a wide range of activities ranging from investor relations, JV / alliance, M&A and ad hoc corporate exercise. This role will be crucial in supporting the Director to add value to the firm in growing the business by means of both organic growth and acquisition.
The Successful Applicant
The candidate should have 3-5 years experience in business development/strategic planning. Ideally he/she should be from Financial Institution/Advisory firms. CFA/CPA qualification is a plus while he/she should be patient to grow with the firm while being hands-on and working independently. Good financial modeling skills will be highly valued.
