Job Description
Reporting directly into HR & Administration manager, this position will assume overall responsibility for HR and Administration functions in Mainland China. You will provide a proactive and high quality HR service focusing on a diverse range of activities including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations and training & development. You will work closely with line managers and HR & Administration manager to review and integrate existing HR policies and practices as well as implementing new initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

Degree holder with a minimum of 3 years HR generalist experience gained from a sizable organization or consulting firm is required. You will have a thorough understanding of a full range of HR issues and in-depth knowledge of China labor law. Experience/knowledge in HR labor law is highly sought after. An energetic and flexible approach will be necessary with exceptional communication skills.
