About Our Client
Our client is one of the most dedicated Hong Kong developers actively involved in property development, investment as well as other service sectors. They are now seeking a veteran retail leasing professional to handle the Group's upcoming project in Hong Kong.
Job Description
Reporting to the General Manager, you will formulate and implement leasing and marketing strategies to optimize the return on investment of the Group's retail portfolio. You will also lead and manage a team of leasing professionals to execute the formulated strategies to yield successful outcomes that promise the Group's best interests. In addition, you will actively and regularly review asset performance and constantly identify and rectify areas for improvements to enhance the portfolio's value.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will have at least 10 years experience in retail leasing gained preferably from developers plus a proven track record in leasing and marketing of a large scale shopping mall. You will have sound market knowledge and good understanding of consumer habits; exposure in PRC markets is an asset. Good leadership and communication skills with high integrity and strong will to succeed are essential.
