About Our Client
Our client is a Hong Kong listed company with presence in Hong Kong, China and South East Asia. As a result of significant growth plans in Greater China, they are seeking high calibre professionals to join their senior management team

Job Description
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, directing and controlling of all Hong Kong projects covering over 60 million square feet of land. You will assist in the development of master plans to ensure the maximisation of land and fulfilment of the company's corporate philosophy. This will include planning, directing and supervising projects to ensure they meet schedules, specifications, budgets and quality standards. Furthermore, you will keep track of the latest changes in government policies and regulations in Hong Kong to ensure due compliance and to contribute to the company's investment strategies.

The Successful Applicant

Degree qualified in Architecture, Surveying, Engineering or a related discipline, you will have at least 15 years experience in managing large-scale real estate projects in Hong Kong, PRC or overseas with a reputable property developer. You will be conversant with property-related laws, regulations and practices in Hong Kong and demonstrate a proactive, creative and resourceful attitude with excellent leadership and negotiation skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are sought, while fluency in English and Chinese is essential.
