About Our Client
Our client is a preeminent listed company with diverse businesses in property development and investment, cement production, construction and venture capital investments in Hong Kong, Macau and the Chinese Mainland. With the expansion of its flagship property projects in Dalian, our client is seeking a seasoned finance professional for the project.

Job Description
Reporting to the head of project, you will lead a team of accounting professionals and be responsible for managing all financial and accounting related matters of the project. You will also supervise other key functional areas including but not limited to human resources, administration and legal functions of the assigned projects. Working closely with local authorities and third party professionals, you will also maintain compliance of all necessary regulatory requirements.

The Successful Applicant
To be successful for this role, you will be a qualified Accountant with at least 10 years of managerial experience in China. The ability to work with multiple shareholders and joint venture partners with excellent interpersonal skills will be essential. Strong communication and presentation skills in Putonghua and English will be vital. Previous experience in managing broader functional departments and knowledge of the property industry will be an added advantage.
