Our client is a leading consumer product company listed in New York. With offices and manufacturing facilities spanning the globe, they have an array of renowned brands under their belt. Continuous expansion in China has created the need to recruit a senior finance executive to form an integral part of the senior management team.

Job Description

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will oversee the finance and accounting functions of the two factories in Dongguan. Leading a sizable team, you key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with accounting standard and statutory requirements, implementing effective internal control framework as well as continuous process improvement. There will also be emphasis on financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting. Working closely with the Operation Controllers and Plant Managers, you will monitor the KPI of the two factories.

The Successful Applicant
You shall be a degree holder and professionally qualified with at least 8 years' experience gained within a multinational manufacturing environment. Hands-on experience in the China market is essential, as is sound knowledge of PRC GAAP and PRC Tax. Knowledge in ERP/SAP is a definite advantage. Your ability to bridge the gap between western management philosophies and cultures, as well as having a proactive and independent approach are critical to the success of this position. Excellent communications skills and fluency in English and Mandarin is a necessity. Stationing in Dongguan is required.
