Our client is a leading bank with proven success in South China. Due to the expansion of the extensive network of branches, our client is seeking to improve their customer service by hiring an Assistant Counter Services Manager in a Guangzhou branch.

Job Description

• To deliver excellent level of customer services at the counter line through efficient operational support
• To control the branch operations and cash position
• To build up efficient operation with high-service standards and well-trained staff
• To ensure and promote high customer service standards within the responsible functions
• To safeguard the bank from potential losses due to non-compliance with local regulations/procedures

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor degree or above
• Relevant working experience in banking, with three years at managerial level
• In-depth understanding of counter operations and compliance regulations
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in both written and spoken English
